Following the successfully completed design, site preparation and assembling phase IDMG has begun drilling of 43 ground freezing boreholes at Saporischschja Mine (ZZhRK) utilizing RB50 Prakla drilling rigs. The work has started with drilling of 4 temperature control boreholes to a depth of about 340 m. Construction of some 14,000 m freezing holes will be completed by the mid 2022, when the ground freezing is planned to be started for sinking the Ventilation Shaft South 2.
IDMG was invited as an independent technical consultant by the leading German engineering and consulting company DMT GmbH & Co.KG to carry out mining review, cost analysis and DCF valuation of Pokrovskoe Mine (METINVEST) in Ukraine. IDMG’s technical report produced in accordance with JORC guidelines was a part of DMT’s independent assessment prepared in order to satisfy internationally recognized requirements for public reporting and for the purpose of informing investors.
IDMG has successfully completed work on a new exploratory borehole in Russia. The hole has now been abandoned.
All information of relevance for the client has been retrieved from the drill cores and from the geophysical measurements taken from the open borehole.
IDMG is preparing for upcoming projects with the purchase of another PRAKLA RB 50 drilling rig, which is upgraded to a pull force of 60 tonnes. This forward-looking investment expands our plant pool to four rotary drilling rigs.
An individually configured mast extension will allow us to work with range III casing pipes.
